Behavior Specialist

We are seeking a Behavior Specialist to support students in a school-based setting in Conway, NH. This role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting positive behavior strategies, and collaborating with educators and related service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans

• Work directly with students to promote positive behavioral outcomes

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff

• Collect and document behavioral data as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with behavioral needs

• Background in education, psychology, ABA, or related field preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
