School Nurse LPN

School Nurse (LPN) – 1:1 Position | Reading, PA

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Starting Mid-November

Join a supportive school community in Reading, PA, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing 1:1 care for a student during the school day at the Primary Center. This is a full-time, school-based position (Monday through Friday) with regular daytime hours and no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Position Highlights:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to a student throughout the school day

• Assist with daily medical needs and routine care

• Monitor and document the student’s health status and response to interventions

• Perform G-tube feedings every four hours (experience preferred)

• Collaborate with school staff and the student’s healthcare team to ensure a safe learning environment

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license (required)

• G-tube experience preferred (training can be provided)

• Current CPR certification

• School or pediatric experience a plus

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, following the school calendar

• Hours: est. 37.5 hours/week
• Start Date: Mid-November
