Summary:
We’re seeking a passionate School Psychologist to join a welcoming and student-focused district in San Jose, CA. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration, innovation, and helping students thrive both academically and emotionally.
As the School Psychologist, you’ll conduct psychoeducational assessments, participate in eligibility determinations, and support students through direct counseling and intervention services. You’ll work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to design strategies that promote positive school climates and improve student outcomes.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting academic, behavioral, and emotional evaluations

Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams

Supporting Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)

Providing short-term individual or group counseling

Consulting with staff and parents on student development
Requirements:
-
Active California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology
-
Previous K–12 experience preferred but not required
