School Psychologist

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking an experienced School Psychologist to support a collaborative and student-centered district in the Reading, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Position Overview:

The School Psychologist will provide a range of psychological services to students, including assessments, counseling, and consultation with teachers, parents, and administrators. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, effective communication, and making a lasting impact in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
   

• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
   

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote academic and social-emotional success
   

• Provide individual and small group counseling services to students
   

• Support crisis intervention and provide recommendations for prevention and response strategies
   

• Assist in developing data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes and overall school climate

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
   

• Current Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification (or eligibility to obtain)
