School Nurse RN

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a General Building School Nurse for a school district in Malvern, Pennsylvania for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys working with students in an educational setting while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule with weekends, holidays, and school breaks off.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and first aid to students and staff.
• Assess and respond to student illnesses and injuries.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policies.
• Monitor and manage students with chronic health conditions.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, parents, and healthcare providers.
• Promote a safe and healthy school environment.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• School nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school staff.
